So, that "treat night" I was talking about feeling a it jiped out of yesterday... well, I had it last night instead. Absolutely no journaling yesterday (though I don't believe too much damage was had). Today is a new day and I am again writing things down.

I know how hard it can be to resist those cravings and to try and convince yourself you deserve it. But you also deserve to give yourself a pat on the back every so often for having that strength to resist and save the treats for ones that will truly satisfy (such as a trip to Chelsea!)
Your srength and success is rubbing off on me now and I'm getting into that *resist as a reward* mindset
